jauhnya kaki melangkah, ke puncak gading kutuju
In the previous entry Sarjan Yo safely registered in UiTM two week ago, last Monday its the time for his brother Shazwan to further his study in the higher institution.
This one we had to travel far a bit from the Klang Valley to the southern part of Peninsula Malaysia, Johor.
ADTEC, Advanced Technology Training Centre in Batu Pahat by Jabatan Tenaga Manusia was the place to go. The last time I was in Batu Pahat when I was following Raihan Nasyid Group concert tour back in 1998.
That was long time ago.
So we leave KL as early as 7am on Monday since it is well expected we will be lost in this place where no ever person been;
After 2 1/2 hours Luis Hamilton style driving, we reach Batu Pahat.
“Waaaah big also hah Batu Pahat, I thought it just only like Pasir Mas” said my sis, she never been in Batu Pahat before too.
Since we left the map in her car, so we just followed the signboard. My brother in-law remembered ADTEC was 10km from Ayer Hitam toll according the map. After 20km we reach Batu Pahat and ADTEC still no where to be found; so we goes further down to Pontian road then we realize it is 10km from Batu Pahat not 10km from Ayer Hitam Toll.
Shazwan is the eldest son of my eldest sister, kind of rebellious one – so my sis and his husband kind of berat hati to left him here; but as usual for Kelantanise, we all try to push all our next generation to higher education as one of the must thing to do as ritual of all generation.
I hope he will reach his success in what his intended to do; it is hard to predict this one – got brain but nakal
Good luck!
No photo during the journey since I was so tired of not enough sleep watching the marathon match of Rafael Nadal & Roger Federer till 4.30AM;
By 4.30PM we already back in KL so what do you think? Could I be the next Luis Hamilton?
Here all the photos only when we reach there;

ADTEC – Pusat Latihan Teknologi Tinggi Batu Pahat – They really need some budget to improve the condition of the centre;

As well expected; when the centre is under Government Agencies so it will require so so so many borang to fill in! And there is a lot of chaos about the RALAT on the lime green paper; I think they should give the student the new sheet instead of asking them to find the liquid paper to correct their mistake;
In the paper stated the student should open a Bank Simpanan Nasional bank account but during registration they required CIMB account instead. What on earth is they were thinking? It is not appropriate to do something like that to a parent who travel from as far as Sabah to find CIMB Bank in Batu Pahat at that time; I’m sure they would prefer a house bank in their hometown for easy transaction.
Huh! How inefficient!

Does this look like college or a prison? How scary…

Some of the Mak & Bapak whose there…

It was heavy rain… and I was dooz on sleep in side my car; this is what left on my car boot later on…

By 1pm we manage to get the key to the hostel and left Shazwan there…

After that we take normal road to Muar – Malacca – Alor Gajah road back to KL; and stop at Medan Selera Benteng – Pserai to eat Nasi Beriani Gam. Taste was just OK.

See it was not long ago HE was just a TPM and see what he has done to us ALL when he was PM;
Ciao…
